Every night our crawlers go through company career sites and the main public aggregators. Each job is normalised, deduplicated, then attached to its real employer.
A job seen several nights in a row stays active. A job that disappears from its source is archived - that is what prevents ghost listings still online months after the role was filled.
We only republish publicly accessible jobs, linking back to the original listing. A company that wants to be removed can ask us, and it is done.
