Your career, up and running in 30 seconds
No CV required. No ten-page form. If you happen to have a CV, it is only a shortcut to pre-fill your profile.
Name, email, phone - three details and you are in. Your career companion does the rest.
Your career companion gets to work
It reads your profile, spots opportunities, shows you your next milestone and suggests a progression path.
Grow, apply, move forward
AI-written cover letters, coaching built in, meetings in person. Nothing goes out without your green light - you review, you approve and you apply yourself.
One platform, three audiences
Agent matching
Your Agent scans jobs every day and recommends the ones that fit your profile. You keep control of every application.
Opportunities near you
See jobs, meetups and events around you in real time. Send a member a Wave to offer a conversation, and say at check-in whether you are available.
Playful progress
Points, badges and daily challenges. Moving your career forward has never been this engaging.
Coach and be coached
AI career review (included in subscriptions), suggested training, interview simulation - plus coaches, trainers and consultants to contact in Coaching & Training.
Coaches
Offer one-to-one coaching: career direction, career change, interview preparation. Your listing appears in Coaching & Training, on the candidate side.
Trainers
Publish your courses and workshops: members discover them in Coaching & Training and can contact you from the listing.
Consultants
Present your consulting services, a CV review for example, with your price or “on request”.
Requests that come to you
A member writes to you from your listing: you find their request in your space and you accept or decline it.
EXAMPLE OF USE
A person changing careers contacts a coach
Candidate side
A person is preparing a career change and is looking for support.
In AgoraHop
In Coaching & Training, they pick a coach's listing and contact them, with a message if they wish.
Freelancer side
The coach finds the request and its message in their space, then accepts or declines it.
An imagined situation to show how the platform is used: it is not a testimonial.
Flash jobs near candidates
Publish an urgent job, visible to every candidate in the app. Members who turned on Flash alerts within the radius you pick (up to 5 km) receive it by email.
Agent matching
For each job, the Agent ranks visible profiles on their skills and on how their expectations (work mode, contract, values) match your listing.
From score to contact
Every profile comes with a fit score. Send a Wave: as soon as the person accepts it, you can chat.
Employer brand
Sponsor challenges and rewards, and show your company culture in a fresh way.
Your personal career companion.
Not a job board. A career companion - one that searches for you, coaches you, connects you and grows with you over time.
Career companion built in
Your Agent tracks your progress, suggests training, trains you for interviews and writes a targeted cover letter that you review before applying.
A living profile, not a frozen CV
Build your profile once, keep it current, share it by link or QR code. No more Word file in ten versions ageing in a folder.
Training and support
The Agent spots what you are missing and recommends the right training. And coaches, trainers and consultants offer their services in Coaching & Training.
People first
Waves, check-in, mini-chat... We make real meetings and genuine connections easier, not just CVs sent into the void.
Real-time location
Opportunities, meetups and events around you, in real time. Turn on Flash alerts to receive urgent jobs near you, in the occupations you picked.
You stay in control
You choose what is visible, to whom, and which applications go out. The Agent proposes, you decide - never the other way round.
Career progress, gamified
Points, levels, badges and challenges. We turn professional progress into something motivating and engaging.
Local and sovereign
Data hosted in Europe at OVH. A local, sovereign approach, GDPR compliant. Your privacy is not a product.
Everything in one place
Opportunities, coaching, marketplace, meetups and training: all in one place, without switching tools.
Born of a conviction
“Everyone has strengths and potential that deserve to be recognised and fairly paid. Work should no longer be a source of anxiety, but a lever for emancipation.”
AgoraHop was born in Lille in 2025, from the meeting of two enthusiasts: one for innovation and people, the other for technology and information systems. Together they share one conviction: existing platforms have forgotten what matters - human contact. Too much digital process, not enough real connection. AgoraHop sets out to change that, bringing people closer and widening everyone's opportunities.
Our ambition: give everyone an ecosystem that helps them reach their professional goals through opportunities, encounters and coaching - hiring faster and better, selling their expertise, being coached, growing and being rewarded.
Passionate about innovation and people. Convinced that technology should bring people closer and create value for everyone.
