Question 1

Is AgoraHop free for candidates?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Signing up and the core features are entirely free: opportunity search, Agent matching, geolocation and the gamified experience. An optional Premium plan unlocks advanced features such as unlimited applications and personalised coaching.

Question 2

How is AgoraHop different from LinkedIn?

Accepted Answer

LinkedIn runs on a "pay-to-play" model for recruiters and stays centred on the digital network. AgoraHop bets on an Agent that supports every candidate, on geolocation to encourage real-world meetings and meetups, and on a gamified experience that makes professional progress engaging. A platform built to connect people and opportunities.

Question 3

How does Agent matching work?

Accepted Answer

Your Agent scans the jobs that match your profile every day and recommends the most relevant ones based on your skills, your mobility and your preferences. You stay in control: you are the one who reviews and sends every application.

Question 4

Is my data safe?

Accepted Answer

Absolutely. AgoraHop takes a local, sovereign approach, compliant with the GDPR. Your data is hosted in Europe at OVH, a French provider. You have full control over your visibility and can delete your data at any time. We never resell your personal information.

Question 5

Which sectors are covered?

Accepted Answer

AgoraHop covers every sector, with an initial focus on high-demand occupations: food service, retail, hospitality, logistics, tech and services. Our coverage widens every week with new partner companies.

Question 6

I am a recruiter - how does it work for me?

Accepted Answer

Creating your space and posting jobs is free. Your dashboard brings together Flash Offers, Agent matching, which ranks visible profiles for each job, and statistics on your listings. To talk with a candidate, send them a Wave: chat opens once the person accepts it. The Pro subscription lifts the limits (Flash Offers, AI job-description import, API access).

Question 7

I offer services - how does it work for me?

Accepted Answer

Creating your space is free. You publish your coaching, training or consulting listings there: members browse them in Coaching & Training and write to you from the listing, and you accept or decline each request. AgoraHop is not a marketplace for freelance assignments: your listings are aimed at the platform's members. AgoraHop is rolling out in France first: elsewhere, you join the waiting list.
