In this position...
Ford Racing is looking for an enthusiastic, talented professional to join their Brand & Partnerships team as the Global Ford Racing Brand Manager. You will partner cross-functionally and with key internal and external partners to manage the Ford Racing brand. You will serve as a thought partner to leadership and key stakeholders, managing key brand strategies and partnerships to promote growth and awareness of the Ford Racing brand. Your role will prioritize proper brand implementation & will be responsible for holding all internal and external partners accountable. The successful candidate will be an enthusiastic self-starter, be comfortable with ambiguity, and role model Our Ford+ Behaviors – Focus, Excellence and Collaboration.
This role is hybrid and requires at least 4 days per week onsite in Allen Park, MI.
What you'll do...

Implement and manage brand strategies that promote Ford Racing brand growth, and align to strategic priorities of the business.
- Validate and steer brand representation and Identity based on brand strategy that has been aligned by leadership.
- Document and track use cases to evolve the Ford Racing and Raptor brand books and ensure brand consistency based on decisions made.

Govern the production and competition brand on vehicle strategies, livery strategies that tie to broader business initiatives.

Manage the Ford Racing brand implementation in lifestyle and merchandise offerings, in cooperation with Global Licensing.

Implement and govern Ford Racing branding within Experiences/GTM settings.

Work cross-functionally within Ford Racing and broader Ford teams to support programs that leverage Ford Racing’s brand.
- Work collaboratively with On-Road and Off-Road product and racing managers, and content team to ensure consistency and accuracy of brand representation across key stakeholder topics .
- Own the Ford Racing point of view on matters related to the brand identity within Ford Motor Company.

Support naming/nomenclature strategy and associated trademark clearances, and address trademark violations for Ford Racing.

Exhibit a creative mindset to view Ford Racing through the eyes of the consumer.

Manage and update Brand ID use cases based on business decisions and partnerships.
- Translate new rules around how ford racing shows up as we identify use cases for brand and brand ID as we go through our course of business.

Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or related field

5+ years of work experience in the field of marketing, brand or strategy

Moderate travel will be required

Practical knowledge in brand identity

Strong presentation skills

This position is leadership level 6 and ranges from $115,500-$218,100.
Final determination of salary grade will be based on candidate's skills and experience, and base salary will be set within the applicable range according to job scope, responsibility and competitive market value.
