The Merchandise Lead Cast Member supports store leadership by providing daily direction and guidance to Cast Members within their assigned area or function. This role plays a key part in driving operational excellence, promoting teamwork, and ensuring the delivery of exceptional Guest service. The Merchandise Lead may perform the same duties as other Cast Members while also serving as an extension of leadership.
