Disney Music Group is seeking a highly organized, proactive, and detail-oriented Executive Assistant to provide executive support, departmental coordination, facilities back up support, administration support, and operational support for senior leadership within the organization. These leaders include SVP, Commerce & Digital and the VP, Sales & Digital, as well as ad hoc other executives and leaders within those teams. This role serves as a central point of coordination across Commerce, Sales, Digital Marketing, emerging technology, and external business partners. This role will provide administrative support to senior leaders. Reporting directly to the SVP, Commerce & Digital, the ideal candidate will be a resourceful self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced environment, exercises sound judgment, manages confidential information with discretion, and demonstrates exceptional communication, organizational, and problem-solving abilities. Responsibilities: - Provide day-to-day administrative support for senior executives, including: - Calendar management - Meeting scheduling and coordination - Travel arrangements - Expense reporting - Correspondence management - General office administration - Coordinate department meetings, presentations, conference calls, and special events. - Maintain organized physical and electronic filing systems. - Exercise professionalism and discretion when handling confidential information. - Serve as departmental Record Retention Coordinator. - Coordinate visitor access, parking accommodation, and security requests. - Update and maintain workplace resources, partner contact lists. - Provide back up support for routing and processing invoices for payment. - Support special projects and departmental initiatives. - Required Education, Experience, Skills & Training Basic Qualifications: - 2+ years of experience supporting executives, administration, project coordination, or similar functions. - Previous experience in a professional office environment. - Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Teams, Excel, Word - Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills. - Excellent organizational, project management, and time-management abilities. - Demonstrated ability to prioritize multiple responsibilities and meet competing deadlines. - Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy. - Proven ability to manage confidential information with discretion. - Ability to work independently while maintaining strong collaboration across teams. - Strong problem-solving, analytical, and decision-making skills. - Ability to build and maintain positive relationships with stakeholders at all levels of the organization. - Positive attitude, flexibility, and willingness to support evolving business needs.
