Disney Music Group is seeking a highly organized, proactive, and detail-oriented Executive Assistant to provide executive support, departmental coordination, facilities back up support, administration support, and operational support for senior leadership within the organization. These leaders include SVP, Commerce & Digital and the VP, Sales & Digital, as well as ad hoc other executives and leaders within those teams.
This role serves as a central point of coordination across Commerce, Sales, Digital Marketing, emerging technology, and external business partners. This role will provide administrative support to senior leaders.
Reporting directly to the SVP, Commerce & Digital, the ideal candidate will be a resourceful self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced environment, exercises sound judgment, manages confidential information with discretion, and demonstrates exceptional communication, organizational, and problem-solving abilities.
Responsibilities:

Provide day-to-day administrative support for senior executives, including:

Calendar management
-
Meeting scheduling and coordination
-
Travel arrangements
-
Expense reporting
-
Correspondence management
-
General office administration
-
Coordinate department meetings, presentations, conference calls, and special events.

Maintain organized physical and electronic filing systems.

Exercise professionalism and discretion when handling confidential information.

Serve as departmental Record Retention Coordinator.

Coordinate visitor access, parking accommodation, and security requests.

Update and maintain workplace resources, partner contact lists.

Provide back up support for routing and processing invoices for payment.

Support special projects and departmental initiatives.

Required Education, Experience, Skills & Training
Basic Qualifications:
-
2+ years of experience supporting executives, administration, project coordination, or similar functions.

Previous experience in a professional office environment.

Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Teams, Excel, Word

Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.

Excellent organizational, project management, and time-management abilities.

Demonstrated ability to prioritize multiple responsibilities and meet competing deadlines.

Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
