We're hiring an Analyst to own and optimize the accounting tools and processes that power our global financial operations. If you're passionate about driving efficiency, ensuring compliance, and making complex systems work seamlessly, this role offers real impact and visibility. What will you do? Manage and optimize global accounting tools and systems to enhance accuracy and efficiency Develop and implement standardized accounting processes that ensure compliance across all regions Provide training and ongoing support to end users of accounting tools and platforms Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align processes and drive operational excellence What are the key skills we are looking for? Responsibilities and duties: Preferable to understand the AP and AR cycle. Compliance of Accounts Payable (VAT recognition, VAT compliance, Proof of payment for Vendors and Suppliers) Monitor and follow up of payment complement of Vendors Reconciliation of third-party vendor and employee expenses Ensure support documentation, is readily and properly available Work with Business areas (Tax, AP, Procurement, Legal, Treasury) to ensure all company documentation such as contracts are fully compliant with Tax Authorities requirements. Document and update accounting policies and procedures based on corporate guidelines Understand the priority requests and take necessary action. Follow the deadlines calendar and perform the close activities as pre-defined. Support team priorities and initiatives and effectively manage workload. Experience in working in an office environment with tight deadlines and targets. Perform such other duties as assigned by the Tax Compliance Supervisor. What's in it for me? Knowledge and experience with workflow and SAP ERP, ORACLE English skills Good knowledge of MS Office: Intermediate Excel Vlookup, Pivot Table, basic financials Functions. Strong Customer Orientation. Basic understanding of Travel and expense cycle People on helpdesk should have some understanding of AR. Effective oral and written communication skills.
