Join our team as a Quality Claims Analyst and help us deliver exceptional quality across our distribution network. This hands-on role puts you at the heart of our operations, ensuring every product meets the standards our customers expect. What will you do? Drive quality culture across distribution sites through hands-on process control and quality assurance Identify logistics and manufacturing issues and coordinate with stakeholders to implement corrective actions Improve process robustness to minimize quality risks and protect customer satisfaction Oversee quality standards for rework and adaptation lines using disciplined change management practices Respond to inquirires from Customer Service, build claims packets, research documentation, conduct investigations into OS&D claims. Respond to customer complaints using BFO Salesforce Create non-conformances related to customer complaints What are the key skills we are looking for? Quality Control & Inspection — developing level; conducting inspections to ensure product and process standards are met Continuous Improvement — developing level; identifying opportunities to enhance logistics processes and reduce defects Problem Solving — developing level; analyzing quality issues and recommending practical solutions Collaboration — developing level; coordinating with cross-functional teams to resolve quality concerns Customer Orientation — developing level; maintaining focus on how quality impacts customer satisfaction Quality Authority — developing level; applying quality standards and procedures in distribution environments Report Writing — developing level; documenting quality findings and improvement actions clearly Coaching — developing level; supporting team members in adopting quality best practices What qualifications will make you successful? For this U.S. based position, the expected pay range is USD 45,760 to 68,640 per year. This pay range includes base pay and short-term incentives. The compensation range for this full-time position applies to candidates located within the United States. Our pay ranges are determined by reviewing roles of similar responsibility and level. Within the pay range, individual pay is determined by several factors including performance, knowledge, job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
