The Data Analysts are focused on transforming, enriching, and migrating data from legacy source systems to SAP as a key value driver. If you have a background in Plant master data and want to grow your knowledge, this could be an opportunity for you! Our Data domains include procurement, planning, warehousing, logistics, manufacturing, and quality. Please note your area of expertise in your application. Key responsibilities include: Lead data migration activities for SAP ECC and S/4HANA implementations. Work in an agile environment with the business and technical team to identify data migration requirements and dependencies. Responsible for understanding and executing data mapping, cleansing, readiness, validation, and migration strategies with business and functional teams. Assist in the development of data quality checks and identify solution changes that could impact data quality. Anticipate, identify, and mitigate data quality, conversion, and migration issues throughout the project lifecycle. Validate the accuracy of migrated data and deliver the expected outcomes on time Serve as a Matter Expert for SAP Master Data, especially Material Master. Drive data governance and continuous improvement initiatives. Primary Skills/Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Management, or a related field. Strong knowledge of SAP Material Master and related business processes. 3+ years of hands-on experience working with SAP in Manufacturing Plants. Experience in Procurement, Planning, Manufacturing, Logistics, or Supply Chain. Experience managing or supporting end-to-end data migration workstreams for SAP ECC and/or SAP S/4HANA implementations. Hands-on experience working with data, data tables, and ETL processes (Extract, Transform, and Load). Advanced Excel knowledge; SQL preferred. Strong communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills. Demonstrated leadership skills with strong project planning and execution capabilities; highly organized, detail-oriented, and results-driven. Self-starter with strong initiative, capable of working autonomously and building effective partnerships across cross-functional and multicultural teams. English advanced What's in it for me?
