Here's What You Need: Minimum 4 years of SAP transformation, technical advisory or consulting experience, or 8 years of equivalent industry experience Minimum 3 years of Employee Central Payroll experience Experience with a minimum of 1 full life-cycle SAP Payroll Cloud implementation Minimum of 1 year experience as a Project, Large Workstream, or Client Lead on a large SAP transformational project in a global delivery model Certified in EC Payroll applications, and Payroll module. Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent (12 years) work experience (If an, Associate’s Degree with 6 years of work experience) Bonus points if: You’ve got external consulting experience You’ve got experience with SuccessFactors integration to Payroll You have a strong understanding of benefits processes and interfaces Compensation at Accenture varies depending on a wide array of factors, which may include but are not limited to the specific office location, role, skill set, and level of experience.
