Vi forventer at du:-Er i god fysisk form og kan håndtere tunge løft-Trives med at arbejde i de tidlige morgentimer-Er struktureret, har evnen til at have overblik og fokus på orden-Kan tale engelsk og har lyst til kommunikere med mange kollegaer samt at arbejde i et team-Det vil være en fordel hvis du har et truckcertifikat, men dette er ikke et krav A day in your life with us As a Fulfilment Operation Co-worker, you play an important role in IKEA’s sales and customer satisfaction, ensuring that customers never leave empty-handed when shopping for home furnishings. Your tasks will include:•Stocking furniture and home accessories such as plates, sofas, lamps, etc., using pallet jacks, manual labor, and possibly forklifts/stackers•Ensuring accurate inventory through daily counts•Daily handover to our sales colleagues after operations•Daily maintenance of the department, including tidying up•Daily maintenance of machines. Together as a Team You’ll be part of an international team of both full-time and part-time employees, all working toward the same goal. We ensure efficient stocking in the store and provide great service to customers, even though we don’t have direct customer contact. We work closely with other departments, giving you experience in collaborating with many different people. Further information •The position is for an average of 30 hours per week.•Your working hours may vary depending on operational needs, primarily early morning shifts from 04:00AM–10:20AM. You should expect to work every other weekend, both Saturday and Sunday.
