Our client, DELV Design, is growing its team again!
DELV is looking for an experienced Interior Designer to join our collaborative, place-based design practice. We create thoughtful, contemporary spaces rooted in community, context, and the people who use them.
About The Role
The Interior Designer leads interior design scopes within multidisciplinary projects and manages interior-focused projects from concept through completion. Working closely with architects, consultants, clients, and contractors, this role translates ideas and client goals into thoughtful, functional, buildable spaces.
What You'll Do:
Programming, space planning, materials, finishes, and FF&E
Developing client presentations, interior drawings, details, and specifications
Coordinating interiors with architectural and engineering systems
Managing project scope, schedules, budgets, and client communication
Supporting construction administration and mentoring less experienced designers
What You'll Bring:
4–9 years of professional interior design experience
Bachelor’s degree or higher in Interior Design
Commercial interiors and construction documentation experience
Proficiency in Revit, SketchUp, and Adobe Creative Suite
Strong design judgment, communication, and organizational skills
NCIDQ or other relevant certification preferred
The ideal candidate takes initiative, enjoys creative autonomy, stays curious, invests in the team's success, and takes their craft seriously—but not themselves so much.
Salary: $60,000–$80,000 based on experience, qualifications, and demonstrated project leadership. DELV offers a full benefits package, including medical, dental, vision, life, and disability insurance; paid family leave; generous PTO; and a culture you can't find anywhere else.
