Your Day-to-Day In this role, you will be responsible for delivering a high-quality client experience through professional consultations, treatment and product recommendations, and strong client relationship management. You will also work closely with doctors, therapists, and the wider clinic team to support smooth day-to-day operations and clinic performance. Key Responsibilities Conduct professional consultations and understand clients’ needs to recommend suitable aesthetic treatments and products. Drive individual and team sales performance by delivering effective consultations, treatment recommendations, and client follow-ups. Build and maintain strong client relationships to encourage repeat visits, retention, and long-term loyalty. Manage client enquiries and follow-ups via WhatsApp, phone calls, and in-clinic communication. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of aesthetic treatments, skincare products, promotions, and industry trends. Work closely with doctors, therapists, and clinic team members to ensure a seamless client journey and high standard of service. Support daily clinic operations, including client flow, appointment coordination, service quality, and operational matters. Support team performance by working closely with other consultants and clinic team members to achieve sales and service targets. Handle client feedback and escalations professionally and work with the team to resolve issues effectively. Identify opportunities to improve client experience, sales performance, and clinic operations. Support clinic initiatives and projects related to business performance and operational improvements. Process payments and sales transactions accurately using the clinic's POS system. What We're Looking For More than 2 years of experience in aesthetic, medical aesthetics, beauty, skincare, or a related industry. Proven experience in sales and client consultation, preferably within an aesthetic or beauty clinic environment. Track record of achieving individual or team sales targets. Strong communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills. Good knowledge and genuine interest in aesthetic treatments, skincare, and beauty services. Customer-focused with strong ownership and a proactive approach to problem-solving. Comfortable working in a fast-paced, target-driven environment. Experience in supporting, mentoring, or coordinating team members is a plus. Commercially minded with an interest in clinic performance and business operations. Comfortable working shifts, weekends, and public holidays according to clinic operating requirements. Proficient in using POS systems and basic computer applications. Singapore Citizen / Permanent Resident preferred.
