Veterinary Receptionist

We are seeking an organised, personable Receptionist to join our team at Clifton Vets on a full-time permanent basis. Join our established, RCVS-accredited veterinary practice with eight locations, where we take pride in delivering exceptional care to both our patients and clients. How You’ll Make a Difference As a Receptionist, you will be the first point of contact for clients, playing a key role in delivering a welcoming, professional and compassionate experience at every interaction. You’ll support the smooth running of the practice by managing appointments, handling enquiries, supporting client communications and working closely with clinical and non-clinical colleagues to ensure a positive client and patient journey. Working Pattern We are looking for a new team member to work 41 hours per week, covering a mix of shifts between 8.30am-6.30pm Monday to Friday at Clifton Vets and Saturday 8.30am-5pm on a 1:4 rota at Zetland Road. Key Responsibilities *Working with the team to help the clinic run smoothly *Offering friendly, compassionate care to clients and their pets *Answering phone calls and emails *Assisting with administrative tasks and scheduling appointments *Keeping accurate records using our IT systems (training provided) *Handling payments and client accounts *Keeping the reception and consultation areas clean and tidy You Might Be a Great Fit If...
