About the Role
We're hiring an experienced, curious Product Marketing Manager to shape how our products are positioned, launched and grown in Mexico. You'll join a small, ambitious team that works fast, iterates and uses AI heavily, and from day one you'll help shape roadmaps and full-funnel strategy. It's a high-ownership role that helps drive financia
You’ll be Responsible for
-
Setting the strategy: turning company and product strategy into clear positioning, segmentation, and go-to-market choices: where we play, who we serve, and how we win in Mexico.
-
Owning the story end to end: building one consistent narrative across the product ecosystem, including campaigns, owned channels, paid media, influencers, customer journeys, and support.
-
Shaping the roadmap early: partnering with Product and Research from the start so customer needs, barriers, and proof points drive what we build and how we talk about it.
-
Leading launches: running GTM for new products and updates, and aligning cross-functional teams on investment, audiences, channels, messaging, and success metrics.
-
Knowing the customer deeply: understanding the lifecycle, segments, and jobs-to-be-done, and working with Product and Growth to make every journey coherent, on-brand, and relevant to Mexican customers.
-
Reading the market: maintaining a sharp view of Mexico's competitive landscape and turning research, data, and competitive signals into clear calls on what we say, build, and test next.
-
Building the operating system: establishing rituals for narrative development, launch readiness, prioritization, measurement, and quarterly planning.
-
Cutting through ambiguity: bringing clarity and sound judgment to cross-functional problems, balancing strategic quality with speed.
-
Raising the bar: codifying best practices and creating reusable playbooks that level up Product Marketing.
-
Working AI-first: using AI for writing, research, analysis, and workflow automation, and continually finding ways to move faster and go deeper.
