Quick Look Pay: $21.75 per hour Location: Roswell, NM Work Days: Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday Start Time: 11:00am End Time: End time varies based on business needs RJP Build and load pallets of beloved brands like Pepsi, Gatorade, and Aquafina to keep communities supplied safely, accurately, and on time. What You’ll Do Hand build pallets of product for bulk and route trucks, following warehouse instructions and load sheets Use an electronic order system or order sheets to ensure loading accuracy for outgoing trucks and unloading for incoming trucks Operate a forklift and/or power pallet jack to move product to picking areas and build pallets/loads as assigned Wrap and secure pallets/loads when finished to maintain stability for transport Stage pallets and/or load product into trailers and trucks when ready, including handling returned pallets/plastic flats Mark load tickets for out-of-stock items and turn in paperwork for check before loading Maintain a clean and safe work environment by following proper housekeeping standards in your work area Minimum Qualifications 18 years or older Position requires you to perform physical labor (with or without accomodation) Position requires non-traditional shifts and weekend work Position may require you to use a forklift or become forklift certified What to Expect On-the-Job Training: Learn the role through hands-on and classroom training High Energy Workplace: On the go for most of the day in a fast‑paced, hands‑on environment that involves lifting, bending, and moving product throughout your shift Health & Lifestyle Benefits: As a full‑time team member, you’ll be supported with competitive pay, meaningful benefits, and opportunities to grow a long‑term career at PepsiCo.
