Overview We are currently looking for a Senior Planner, Strategy to support the day to day management of a complex global media business. The role is primarily focused on planning operations, coordination and stewardship, ensuring consistency across markets, timelines, budgets and deliverables, while helping connect strategic inputs and priorities across global markets. Responsibilities Support the development and execution of integrated media strategy and planning across global markets Support day-to-day planning across Strategy, Investment, Analytics, Data/DPS and local market teams, keeping inputs, timelines and deliverables on track Partner with the Associate Director to synthesize inputs across markets and disciplines into clear, consistent recommendations, identifying gaps and decisions needed Opportunity to manage planning operations across key workstreams, including timelines, workback schedules, budgets, deliverables, approvals and market inputs, proactively flagging risks and dependencies Support global planning frameworks, templates and guardrails, balancing consistency with local market needs Build strong relationships across US Central, local markets and cross-functional teams to support clear communication and ways of working Enjoy a fast-paced agency environment with a collaborative, can do mindset and ability to adapt as priorities evolve Qualifications B.A. or B.S., preferably in Marketing, Advertising, or related field 2+ years of experience in media planning/strategy Agency experience highly preferred Computer Skills/Software Knowledge: Microsoft Suite, Nielsen Suite, Kantar, IMS, Flowchart Software, R/F and Optimization Software, Social Tracking tools, comScore, Prisma, Mbox, MRI/GfK, GWI Strong knowledge of cross-channel media, with a drive for curiosity and passion for client’s business Demonstrate ability to learn new propriety software and processes quickly and proficiently Solid written and verbal skills, with ability to present to clients, maintain client correspondence and internal documentation Detail-oriented, good follow through, able to multi-task, and work well under tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment Meet client and internal deadlines and obligations Manage projects, resources, stakeholders, and participants Be a resource to others in the resolution of complex problems/issues Additional information Our Publicis Groupe motto “Viva La Différence” means we’re better together, and we believe that our differences make us stronger. This is the pay range the Company believes it will pay for this position at the time of this posting. Consistent with applicable law, compensation will be determined based on the skills, qualifications, and experience of the applicant along with the requirements of the position, and the Company reserves the right to modify this pay range at any time. Temporary roles may be eligible to participate in our freelancer/temporary employee medical plan through a third-party benefits administration system once certain criteria have been met. For regular roles, the Company will offer medical coverage, dental, vision, disability, 401k, and paid time off.
