Overview: Food and Beverage Supervisor     Job Type: Seasonal Pay Rate: $16/hr. Category: Food and Beverage Location: Six Flags Fiesta Texas in San Antonio, Texas     WHAT WE PROVIDE:   This is a Seasonal position at Six Flags Fiesta Texas, in San Antonio, TX. Responsibilities: - Training Team Members during their "On The Job" training shifts - Motivating and coaching Team Members - Assisting cashiers with cash handling procedures (ex: coupons, meal vouchers, etc.) - Assisting Seasonal Supervisors in measuring Team Member performance through training verifications, audits, and performance evaluations - Enforcing all Six Flags Fiesta Texas policies - Complying with and enforcing department grooming guidelines - Performing other incidental and related duties as required and assigned Qualifications: - Willing to work in a high-performance team environment - Willing to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays - May work up until 12am-1am during Fright Fest Season - Able to meet the physical demands of the job, with or without reasonable accommodations, including walking long distances, standing for long periods of time, lifting, working at heights, etc. - 18 years old or older - Able to successfully complete pre-employment background check - Ability to pass a standard math test for cash handling abilities - Passion for helping others succeed - Ability to develop a high-performance team - Ability to work in a confidential environment - Ability to remain calm during stressful and emergency situations - Ability to interact in a professional and positive manner with large groups of people - Sense of fun - Friendly, outgoing personality, and the ability to address guest concerns - Ability to read, speak, write, and understand the English language   REPORTS TO: Food and Beverage Sr Sup 33707
