ÜBER DEN JOB Lead Zero Defect and consumer complaint reduction initiatives Analyze quality data, consumer complaints, and process performance to identify improvement opportunities Drive root cause investigations and implement sustainable corrective and preventive actions Improve powder quality, product performance, and reconstitution characteristics Optimize manufacturing processes, process capability, and quality control systems Lead cross-functional projects involving Quality, Manufacturing, R&I, and Engineering teams Develop and harmonize testing methodologies, standards, and monitoring systems Build quality capabilities and promote a proactive continuous improvement culture ÜBER DICH Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Food Engineering, Dairy Technology, Food Science, Chemical Engineering, Process Engineering or a related field Professional experience in quality, manufacturing, or process engineering, preferably in the food or powder manufacturing industry Proven ability to lead improvement projects and solve complex technical challenges Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills Fluent written and spoken English and German ÜBER UNS The Milupa factory in Fulda produces infant and specialized medical nutrition as part of Danone with the successful brands like Aptamil, Milumil, Neocate and many more. Responsibilities:
