And when brands lead, advantage follows. Go deeper. Be found. Overview The EVP, Group Client Lead provides leadership across multiple large and small clients at the executive level. This person reports into the Management Team, and is ultimately accountable for their assigned client relationships, organic growth, agency growth, and the excellence of cross-functional teams within all assigned accounts. Responsibilities Key Responsibilities Knowledge Deep Pharma media experience across a diverse set of conditions, disease states, and audiences (DTC, HCP, Payer, etc.) Perspective beyond Pharma to bring best practices across audiences and channels (e.g. CPG, retail) Understands the total marketing process and the strategic role of media Ability to predict industry trends and deliver significant insight to client's business Provides written and verbal thought leadership in the form of POV’s, articles, interviews, etc. in the trades or at conferences Proactively self-educates on PHM, Publicis Groupe, and client business functions, capabilities, tools, and processes Managing and Leading Others Builds trust, models inclusion, and shows respect for all employees Practices active listening to resolve issues and identify opportunities Exerts lateral influence to manage approximately 80 cross-functional employees Provides clear communication on business initiatives and client requests Participates in formal development process, including performance management, goal-setting, mid- and yearly reviews, and coaching Nurtures and develops senior-level talent on assigned accounts Ensures teams are properly trained on tools and processes Participates in PHM’s recruitment and interviewing efforts Organic Growth and New Business Sets organic growth goals for each account Generates a roadmap for organic growth on each client Refers new clients to PHM Leads pitch teams, task forces, etc. Develops, recommends and drives new agency initiatives Resources appropriate PHM, Publicis Health and Publicis Groupe products and offerings to drive growth Seeks out opportunities to upsell and cross-sell to existing clients Manages account resources and operations Assists on the scoping process Client Service Responsible for the top-to-top relationship with senior-level clients, agency partners, Groupe leadership, and vendor executives Conveys passion for clients and their businesses Has an onsite presence with clients Works with senior clients to shape their marketing priorities Takes initiative in developing new client relationships Models outstanding client service for team Drives professional, impactful standards within team for all written and verbal contact with clients; 'gold-standard' writer and presenter Serves as point of escalation for client concerns Qualifications 20+ years management experience Deep cross-channel media knowledge and experience Pharmaceutical industry required Additional information Our Publicis Groupe motto “Viva La Différence” means we’re better together, and we believe that our differences make us stronger.
