Here's What You Need: Minimum of 5 years SAP transformation, technical advisory or consulting experience, or 8 years of equivalent industry experience Minimum of 3 years SuccessFactors Learning Management System (LMS) experience Minimum of 1 year experience as a Project, Large Workstream, or Client Lead on a large SAP transformational project with on- and off-shore resources Certified in SuccessFactors Learning Management Systems Certified in at least on other SF space i.e. PMGM, Training, recruiting, etc Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent (12 years) work experience (If an, Associate’s Degree with 6 years of work experience) Bonus Points If: You are advanced in SAP SuccessFactors Performance & Goals or advanced in SAP HCM Training & Event Management or advanced in SAP SuccessFactors Recruiting. You know how SAP’s business development process works and you can help clients understand how SAP will help their company do more You are a Master in external stakeholder communications Compensation at Accenture varies depending on a wide array of factors, which may include but are not limited to the specific office location, role, skill set, and level of experience.
